Chef Wesley Dier

Chef Wesley Dier is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America
and has trained under James Beard Award winning chefs
Larry Forgione, Melissa Kelly, and Tom Colicchio.

The chef has had the fortune of cooking for an allegiance of
devoted local followers as well as celebrities Alice Waters,
Bill and Hillary Clinton,Beyonce, and Michael Douglas to name a few.

He is the only three time winner of the prestigious Sonnenshmidt Award
and has been featured as a "Best Chef America" since 2013.
He has also gained worthy praise from Bon Apetit,
Wine Spectator, and The New York Times.
